1) Order a title search of the property.
2) Review title exam to determine if property has any potential risk or clouds on title.
3) Review written instructions from lender regarding the terms of the loan.
4) Provide a commitment to insure (ins. binder) to lender.
5) Send you a letter from us explaining things we need in order to complete settlement (deeds, homeowners ins., termite inspections & any payoffs).
6) Once we get approval from your lender they send us the loan documents to be signed.
